Pastor Gladys Pratt-Seahorn
Senior Pastor
Gladys Pratt Seahorn is the Founder, President, and CEO of City of Refuge Global Outreach Ministry, a non-profit organization based in Sugar Land, Texas. CORGOM is an innovative ministry dedicated to teaching and promoting deliverance and Sabbath keeping, while educating believers on the Hebraic roots of our Christian faith. Gladys is a published author with several books and study guides to her name. Her most recent publications include “Keys to the Kingdom—Leviticus,” the third installment in her Torah series, and “Ma’asei HaShlichim,” a comprehensive study of the Book of Acts designed to renew the minds of believers. She is an active speaker, conducting workshops, Hebraic roots conferences, and revivals both nationally and internationally.
Gladys is married to Ivan Seahorn, Sr., and is the proud mother of four sons and grandmother of four grandchildren. A graduate of a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Gladys also holds a certificate from the Institute of Hebraic Studies (IHCS) in Houston, where she served as an instructor for six years following her graduation. Mentored by Dr. Richard Booker, founder of IHCS, Gladys is deeply involved in biblical Zionism and the Jewish roots of Christianity. Her passion for these studies has led her on extensive travels to the land of the Bible, organizing and leading trips to Israel since 2000. CORGOM actively engages with the Jewish communities in Houston and Israel and acts as a benefactor to numerous ministries in Israel, as well as the Founder and President of the
William & Naomi Pratt Scholarship Foundation

Pastor Ivan K. Seahorn
Pastor, Innovation Leader
Pastor Ivan Seahorn is the Founder and CEO of Youth TAKIN Action for Life and owner of IS Creative Graphics. Currently, a retired police officer from HISD and Spring Branch ISD.
Ivan has a rich history in sports which began in his native hometown of Benton Harbor, Michigan. From high school, to college to the NFL, sports shaped Ivan’s life until he gave his life to the Lord in 1990.
Ivan has been actively involved in community affairs for years. Being appointed the first African American Male Mentor Trainer for the State of Texas, this led him to become an anger management specialist for at-risk teenagers in the Houston areas. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Recreation from Central State University and a Master’s of Science degree in Physical Education Administration from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas.
Pastors Gladys and Ivan enjoy the call and mandate that has been given to them; to serve and minister to others.
