Church is no longer church as usual. More and more people are seeking a greater and deeper relationship with the Father, rather than religion. On the flip side, there are more and more fellowships dwindling as church buildings become vacant. These are certain signs of the return of Jesus. More Christians are seeking truth! The goal of CORGOM is to provide Believers with the balance that Jesus spoke of to the woman at the well in John 4:23-24…Spirit and Truth
City of Refuge is committed to be a “place of refuge” to every person desiring to learn more about possessing an abundant life with Jesus, the Messiah. Our mission is to be an outreach, not only within the boundaries of the church, but to the body. God is calling the church “back” to His true Word. The Hebrew word “aliyah” means to come up, thus He is calling the church to come up. Come up to a better understanding of His Word. The refreshing moments we are experiencing now is the initiative to rightly divide the Word, seek to understand the Hebraic context of God’s Word, and to gain more insight about the roots of our faith, which derives from Biblical Judaism.
God is doing a “new” thing in the earth. The new thing is found in Ephesians 2:15…bringing into existence, one new man…Jew and Gentile becoming one through Yeshua (Jesus) HaMashiach. COR is in agreement with God, thus equipping the Body of Christ through education. Many Believers are seeking to know more about their Hebraic roots, therefore COR offer classes that will increase knowledge and understanding to the roots of our faith.

It began with a group of individuals who shared a common vision — to create a place where people could encounter the transformative power of God’s love, find belonging in a supportive community, and engage in meaningful service to others.
